Limited time special!

For a limited time, Rust Proofers is offering annual rust proofing protection for only $94.50. This means it comes out to an even $100 with tax in our service area. Learn more about this option below.

Why are you doing this?

  • Because we can! To be honest, it’s an experiment to see if we can get more vehicles rust proofed by offering a amazing value.

How can you offer rust proofing this low?

  • This is an “oil spray” technique. Popular in Canada where it has been used to protect millions of vehicles. Our product is similar to Krown®.
  • This thin oily spray contains metal conditioners and corrosion inhibitors. It applies extremely quickly in cold weather conditions. If you have the spare tire removed before service, treatment takes 20-30 minutes.
  • In America, we tend to love our more visible and lasting coatings (like our Standard and Premier options). Any customer who purchases Annual will receive a $100 credit (one credit per customer) in the future towards Premier at a later date.

Are there any benefits to this technique?

  • Spraying a thinner solution which completely vaporizes the product allows it completely saturate inside the body panels.
  • This product helps protect electrical connections by preventing “greening” of electrical wiring.
  • It can be provided at a much lower cost due to how quickly it can be applied.

Are there any downsides to this technique?

  • Your vehicle will drip for a couple of days. We recommend parking outside. This can be mitigated by putting down some cardboard of other material in your garage.
  • It will cause a slight stain in concrete that will eventually wash away. Blacktop or asphalt is not impacted.
  • You may see very minor surface rust underneath your vehicle when using this method annually. Our more expensive options will keep a rust free vehicle rust free.
  • Treatment is required annually. However, best results are seen when treated twice a year if there is a particularly brutal winter.
